Premiering exclusively in Brisbane, the Melt Festival presents a video exhibition of selected works from Tunick's TIDE series made on his first visit to Brisbane in November 2023. The exhibition, titled TIDE, features nude bodies and formations in locations along the Brisbane River.
TIDE celebrates participants of diverse ethnicities, genders, abilities, and life experiences, proudly representing the people of Brisbane and the LGBTQIA+ community.
These striking and surreal photographic artworks are accompanied by footage and stories that capture the empowering and poignant experiences of those who participated.
