river pride parade

Sat 09 November

The River Pride Parade set sail on Saturday 09 November from 3-5pm – it was an epic flotilla of color and sparkle with Festival Ambassador, Courtney Act!

The parade of boats and watercraft made the journey along the Brisbane River from Victoria Bridge to Brisbane Powerhouse with vantage points and daytime fireworks all along the parade route. All to a playlist of party tunes from Melt support partner 4ZZZ.

Partgoers attended Splash Out on OASIS and the family-friendly Pride Picnic was held at South Bank, in the ultimate celebration of LGBTQIA+ communities and allies.

Join us in 2025 for an even bigger Parade! More information to come soon.

Boats of all shapes and sizes were welcome to register in 2024. If you would like to be a part of the Parade in 2025 email [email protected]
